WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jerry and Innovative Custom Builders on and off for the past six years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most detail-oriented and reliable contractors I’ve worked with.

Over the years, Jerry has completed several custom built-in projects for our home and for our clients, including beautiful built-ins that were quite complicated and included many custom features. What always stands out to me is his attention to detail. He asks thoughtful, clarifying questions, takes the time to truly understand the vision, and often makes multiple site visits to ensure every measurement and detail is exactly right before moving forward. His craftsmanship is exceptional, and the finished products always exceed expectations.

Beyond the quality of his work, Jerry is simply a great person to work with. He’s professional, easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible outcome for his clients.

One experience that especially speaks to his character happened after the devastating North Shore floods. I reached out to Jerry to see if he would be willing to help Haleiwa Baptist Preschool by building replacement sink stations for the children. Without hesitation, he immediately said yes. Within just a few days, he had built and delivered four new sink setups, helping the school get back on its feet quickly during a very difficult time. That level of generosity, compassion, and willingness to help the community says a lot about who he is as both a business owner and a person.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jerry and Innovative Custom Builders to anyone looking for high-quality craftsmanship, excellent communication, and someone who truly stands behind their work.”

We are so happy with our doors!

We recently remodeled our home and wanted a large custom swinging door in our kitchen, along with sliding doors in our bedroom that open to the backyard. Jerry crafted both using African Mahogany, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. The doors have become a true design focal point in our home.

Jerry’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to his work are evident in every aspect of the finished product. We couldn’t be happier with the results and receive compliments on the doors all the time.

We highly recommend Innovative Custom Builders for custom woodworking projects!
